
1/3 C butter, melted
4 large baking potatoes
¾ C crushed corn flakes
1 ½ C shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Peel and cut the potatoes into 1/2ʺ slices. Pour the butter into a baking dish and add the potatoes and turn once to coat with the butter. Mix the remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake at 375°F for about a half hour or until done.
