1 pound of round steak
1 tablespoon of beef bouillon seasoning
1 cup of water
3 stalks chopped celery
1/2 of a large onion
1/3 cup of vinegar and ketchup
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
3 teaspoons of corn starch
1 clove of garlic chopped
Place beef and first 7 ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
Half an hour before serving, take meat out of crockpot.
Mix corn starch with 1/3 cup of water and add to remaining ingredients and thicken.
Return meat to pot.
Serve with potatoes, rice or pasta.
