8 deboned chicken breasts

¼ C flour

1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

3 tbsp. brown sugar

3 tbsp. ketchup

1 tbsp. vinegar

2 tbsp. cold water

2 tbsp. cornstarch

Dip chicken in flour and brown chicken in frying pan.  Place the chicken in a crock pot.

Combine the lemonade, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, water & cornstarch and mix together.  Pour over the chicken.  Cook on high for 4 hours.

Serve over bed of rice.
