CROCK-POT CAULIFLOWER & POTATO SOUP

1 chopped onion

1 tsp pepper

4 C potatoes, cubed

5 C cauliflower

5 C chicken broth

2 C cream

1 tbsp. butter

Combine the ingredients together and place in a crock-pot.  Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 – 8 hours.  Serve hot with shredded cheese on top.
