1 small pkge. cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp. butter, softened

½ C white sugar

1 egg

1 egg white

3 tbsp. sour milk

½ tsp. vanilla

¾ C flour

½ tsp. baking powder

1/8 tsp. baking soda

¾ C raspberries

2 tbsp. chopped walnuts


¼ C icing sugar

1 tsp. milk

Combine the cream cheese, butter and white sugar until smooth.  Beat in the egg and egg white.  Beat in the sour milk and vanilla.  Combine the flour, baking powder & baking soda and add to the creamed mixture mixing only until moistened.  Fold in the raspberries and walnuts.  Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins. Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.  Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.  Cool on a wire rack.

Combine the icing sugar and milk and drizzle over the muffins.
