1 pkge (170 g) of sweetened dried cranberries
1 pkge (250 g) cream cheese
1 C feta cheese, crumbled
¼ C green onions, chopped
4 large Tortillas (plain or whole wheat)
Combine the cranberries, cream cheese, Feta cheese & green onions and mix well. Spread mixture evenly over the tortillas. Roll up tightly, place in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into slices. Makes 4 dozen of appetizers.
