Conway Twitty’s Crunchy Baked Bananas
2 large bananas
1/2 cup minature marshmallows
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup cornflakes, crumbled
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut bananas in half lengthwise.
Place them, sliced edges up, in a buttered baking dish.
Mix together the marshmallows and brown sugar and sprinkle evenly over the bananas.
Combine cornflakes and butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 12 minutes.
