
½ C butter
1 C white sugar
2 eggs
½ C milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ C flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 C coconut
Cream the butter, sugar and eggs together. Stir in the milk and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients and coconut and stir into the batter. Spread in a 9X5X3″ pan and bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
