
½ C butter, melted
2 C brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ C chopped walnuts
1 ½ C coconut
Combine the melted butter and brown sugar and mix well. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat. Combine the flour and baking powder, add to the butter mixture and mix well. Fold in the walnuts & coconut. Spread in a greased 8″ pan and bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes.
