
4 C flour
2 tsp. white sugar
8 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 C butter
2 beaten eggs
1 1/3 C milk
Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in butter until mixture is coarse crumbs. Combine eggs and milk. Add to the dry ingredients and mix all at once. Roll out on a lightly floured surface and cut into rounds. Bake at 450° F until lightly browned – about15 minutes.
