
CINNAMON LOAF
½ C butter
1 C white sugar
2 eggs
2 C flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C sour cream
Topping:
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside.Cream the butter and white sugar & add the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread half of the batter in a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the topping mixture over the batter. Add remaining batter and sprinkle with the remainder of the cinnamon topping. Run a knife criss-cross through the batter. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
