
Cake:
3 C flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 C white sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ C milk
2 tsp. vanilla
½ C melted butter
Topping:
1 C softened butter
1 C brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Glaze:
2 C icing sugar
5 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cake: combine all the ingredients (except the butter). Slowly add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour the batter into a greased 13X9ʺ pan.
Topping: combine all the topping ingredients and mix until well combined. Drop by spoonful over the cake batter. Swirl with a knife. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
Glaze: mix all of the ingredients together. While the cake is warm, pour the glaze over the cake.
