
2 C flour
¼ C white sugar
3 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ C cold butter, cubed
¾ C milk
¼ C milk chocolate chips
¼ C English toffee bits
Topping:
1 tsp butter, melted
1 tsp white sugar
In a large bowl, combine the flour sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
Drop by tablespoonfuls 2” apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Brush with melted butter & spring with sugar. Bake at 425°F for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
