

½ C butter
1 C cocoa
2 C white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 C flour
2 tsp. soda
½ C chopped walnuts
Icing sugar
Melt the butter and cocoa together over a low heat. Cool slightly. Blend in the sugar and eggs and beat well. Stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, soda and walnuts and add to the creamed mixture. Chill the dough for 30 minutes. Shape the dough into balls and roll in icing sugar. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes.
