2 C brown sugar

2 C white sugar

3 tbsp. corn syrup

4 tbsp. cocoa

¼ C butter

1 ½ C whole milk

1 C miniature marshmallows

1 C chocolate chips

1 C chopped walnuts or pecans

Mix the sugars, corn syrup, cocoa, butter and milk together and stir over a medium heat until the sugars are dissolved.  Do not boil before the sugars are dissolved.  Boil gently until the mixture reaches 240°F on a candy thermometer.  Add marshmallows and chocolate chips and stir until melted.  Remove from heat and add the nuts.  Beat until thickened and spread in a buttered 13 X 9ʺ pan.
