
½ C butter
1 C white sugar
2 eggs
¼ C cocoa
1 C flour
½ C coconut
Frosting:
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. hot water
½ tsp. vanilla
1 ½ C icing sugar
Squares: cream the butter & sugar. Stir in the eggs, cocoa, flour & coconut. Mix well and spread in an 8ʺ pan and bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
Frosting: cream the butter and cocoa together. Add the water, vanilla and icing sugar. Spread on the squares while still warm.
