1 C soft butter
1 ½ C white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 C flour
2/3 C cocoa, sifted
¾ tsp. baking soda
2 C butterscotch chipits
Cream the butter, sugar, eggs & vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, cocoa & butterscotch chipits and add to the creamed mixture. Chill the dough until it is firm enough to handle. Form the dough into 1ʺ balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes.
