
Crust:
1 C flour
1/3 C butter
¼ C white sugar
Topping:
2 eggs
½ C corn syrup
½ C white sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 C chopped walnuts
1 C milk chocolate chips
Crust: combine the flour, butter and sugar and mix until crumbly. Press into a greased 9” pan and bake at 350°F for 12 – 15 minutes.
Topping: beat together the eggs, corn syrup, sugar and melted butter until well blended. Stir in the walnuts and chocolate chips. Pour over the crust and bake at 350°F for about 25 – 30 minutes or until set. Cool and cut into squares.
