Topping:
¼ C chocolate chips
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
Combine the ingredients and set aside.
Muffins:
1 C white sugar
½ C butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C milk
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
2 C flour
1 C milk chocolate chips
Combine the sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla & milk and mix well. Combine the dry ingredients & chocolate chips and add to the creamed mixture stirring only to moisten. Place batter in greased muffin tins and sprinkle with the topping. Bake at 350°F for 20 – 25 minutes.
