CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE MUFFINS

Batter:

1 ½ C flour

1 C white sugar

1 tsp soda

½ tsp salt

1 C water

1/3 C canola oil

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp vanilla

Combine the ingredients and mix well.

Filling:

8 oz. pkge. cream cheese

1 egg

1/3 C white sugar

Pinch of salt

1 C milk chocolate chips

Mix the filling ingredients well.

Pour 1/3 of the batter into 12 greased muffin tins. Add one spoonful of filling onto the batter in each muffin cup. Top with the remaining batter. Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
