1 ½ C flour

1 tsp. baking soda

¼ C cocoa

1 C white sugar

1 C sour milk

5 tbsp. canola oil

1 tsp. vanilla

Combine the flour, baking soda, cocoa and sugar.  Combine the milk, oil and vanilla, mix well and add to the dry ingredients.  Fill 18 prepared muffin tins.


1 – 250 g pkge cream cheese, softened

1/3 C white sugar

1 egg

1 C chocolate chips

Beat the cream cheese and mix in the sugar and egg.  Fold in the chocolate chips.  Drop 1 teaspoonful into each muffin and press down with a spoon.  Bake at 350°F for 20 – 25 minutes.
