
1 ½ cups rice
1 ¼ cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
5 chicken breasts
½ envelope onion soup mix
In a large bowl, combine rice, milk and soups. Spread mixture in a glass rectangular 9 X 13 inch pan.
Lay chicken on top of rice mixture and sprinkle soup mix on top. Cover completely with foil.
Bake at 325F for 2 hours. Don’t peek. Fluff rice mixture with a fork before serving.
