4 C cooked, shredded boneless chicken breasts
½ C chopped onion
½ C chopped celery
Salt & pepper to taste
1 C dried cranberries
Combine the chicken, onion, celery, salt & pepper and mix. Just before serving, stir in the cranberries and add the dressing.
DRESSING:
1 C mayonnaise
½ C white sugar
¼ C vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
Dressing: combine all the ingredients and mix well.
