
½ C oil
2 C rice, uncooked
1/3 C soya sauce
½ C chopped celery
1 C cooked chicken, chopped
4 C cold water
1 C chopped mushrooms
½ envelope onion soup mix
½ green pepper, finely chopped
Combine all the ingredients together, mix well and place in a roast pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour (stir a couple of times while it is cooking).
