
2 C long grain rice
4 C cold water
1/3 C canola oil
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 C sliced mushrooms
1 C chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. soya sauce
3 C cooked chicken, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Combine the ingredients and place in a baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
