2 C long grain rice
4 C cold water
1/3 C canola oil
1 envelope onion soup
1 C sliced mushrooms
1 C chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. soya sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
3 C chopped, cooked chicken
Combine all of the ingredients together. Cook at 350°F for 1 hour.
