4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ C cream
8 slices mozzarella cheese
½ C butter
1 box croutons
Arrange the chicken in a baking dish. Mix together the soup and cream. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Place the cheese over the chicken. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken. Melt the butter and toss with the croutons and sprinkle over the top. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1.5 hours.
