CHERRY DATE BREAD

2 eggs

1/3 C canola oil

1 C brown sugar

1 C milk

2 tsp. lemon juice

1 C chopped cherries

1 C chopped dates

1 C chopped walnuts

2 C flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

Cream together the eggs, oil, sugar, milk & juice and mix well. Fold in the cherries, dates and walnuts and mix together.  Combine the dry ingredients and add to the mixture and blend well.  Spread the batter in a greased 9X5X3ʺ pan and bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
