
¾ C white sugar
¾ C canola oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 C flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C chopped walnuts
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (540 ml) cherry pie filling
Mix the sugar, oil, eggs & vanilla together. Stir in the flour, baking soda & cinnamon. Mix well. Fold in the walnuts, chocolate chips and pie filling. Bake in a Bundt pan at 350°F for about 1 hour.
