
10 medium – large potatoes
1 (250 g) pkg. cream cheese
1 C sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
Bread crumbs
Butter
Cook potatoes and mash well. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased casserole. Cover with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350°F for about 1.5 hours.
