
3 C flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C grated cheese
1 1/2 C milk
2 tbsp melted butter
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cheese in a large bowl. Stir thoroughly. Add milk and melted butter. Stir to form a soft dough. Place in a greased 9x5x3″ loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes. Remove from pan to cool. Serve buttered.
