CANDIED CHICKEN WINGS

2 – 3 lbs. chicken wings

Salt, pepper & paprika

Clean and dry the chicken wings.  Season with the salt, pepper and paprika.  Place in a shallow baking dish.

Sauce:

½ C honey

¼ C soya sauce

4 tbsp. brown sugar

1 garlic clove, crushed

½ C ketchup

Combine all of the ingredients together for the sauce and pour over the wings.  Bake, uncovered, at 325°F basting every 15 minutes for 1 – 1.5 hours until tender.
