BUTTERSCOTCH PECAN SQUARES

1 ½ C brown sugar

½ C soft butter

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1 ¼ C flour

½ C chopped pecans

Cream sugar and butter together.  Beat in eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.  Add the flour to the creamed mixture.  Stir in the pecans.  Spread in a prepared 8” pan.  Bake at 350°F for 20 – 25 minutes.  Cool in pan and then cut into squares.
