5 C broccoli florets

½ C red onion, chopped

1 C bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 C sunflower seeds

1 C raisins

1 C dried cranberries

1 C mayonnaise

3 tbsp white sugar

3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

2 tbsp lemon juice

Combine the broccoli, onion, bacon, sunflower seeds, raisins and cranberries.  Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, cider vinegar, salt, pepper & lemon juice and mix well.  Stir the dressing into the salad ingredients.  Refrigerate one hour prior to serving.
