1 C white sugar

4 tbsp. butter

1 egg

1 ¾ C flour

2 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. cinnamon

2 tbsp. cocoa

½ C milk

1 tsp. vanilla

½ C walnuts

½ C raisins

Cream the sugar, butter and egg together.  Add the dry ingredients and stir in the milk and vanilla.  When well blended, add the walnuts and raisins.  Drop by spoonful on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F for approximately 10 minutes.  Place in a container while they are still slightly warm to keep the cakes moist.
