2 C flour

½ C white sugar

3 tsp. baking powder

¾ C milk

1/3 C oil

1 egg, beaten

1 C blueberries

Combine the dry ingredients and set aside.  Combine the milk, oil and egg.  Stir in the dry ingredients just until moistened.  Fold in the blueberries.  Place batter in greased muffin tins and bake at 350°F for about 20 – 25 minutes.
