
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Brown beef in a heavy skillet. Add rice and diced vegetables. Stir until rice browns.
Add soup, water, and spices. Heat to boiling point and stir well. Place in a 2 qt. casserole. Cover and bake at 350º F. for 25 minutes.
