BANANA CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST

2 large, very ripe bananas

1 C milk

1 tsp. cinnamon

4 eggs, slightly beaten

8 slices bread

3 tbsp. butter

Place bananas, milk, and cinnamon in a blender or food processor.  Add eggs and process until smooth. Transfer mixture to a baking pan.  Add bread slices and turn occasionally until all egg mixture has been absorbed.  Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.  Add bread and cook until golden.
