2 medium ripe pears, peeled & halved

4 tsps. butter

1 tsp. lemon juice

2 tsps. white sugar

¼ tsp. cinnamon

4 tsps. orange marmalade

Place the pear halves, cut side up, in a shallow baking dish.  Place butter in the centre of each.  Drizzle with lemon juice.  Combine the sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle over the pears.  Top with marmalade.  Cover and bake at 350°F for 15 – 20 minutes or until heated through.
