2 C white beans
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp. dry mustard
¼ C brown sugar
¼ C molasses
½ C barbecue sauce
Salt & pepper
Cover the beans with cold water and soak overnight. In the morning, drain and add fresh water. Cook the bean for about 1 hour or until tender. Place the beans in a roast pan (do not drain) and add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and bake at 275°F for 6 hours. Stir occasionally during cooking and add water if needed.
