BACON & POTATO SOUP

2 cans chicken broth

2 potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 onion, finely chopped

6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

In a large saucepan, combine the broth, potatoes and onions.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce the heat to medium and boil for about 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.  Season with salt & pepper.  Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with the crumbled bacon.
