AUDREY’S MANDARIN SALAD

2 (3 oz.) packages orange Jell-O

2 C boiling water

1 pint orange sherbet

1 can mandarin oranges (drained)

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.  Add orange sherbet all at once, stir until melted, and then add oranges.  Pour into a mold ring and chill until firm.
