Arnprior Regional Health Foundation is pleased to announce that Glenn Arthur and Ed Reid have graciously accepted the roles of Campaign Co-chairs for the Come Home to Great Care campaign.
The Arnprior Regional Health Foundation is in the planning stages of a capital campaign to help build the new Grove and fund vital medical equipment. The Grove is the only licensed long-term care nursing home in the entire Arnprior region, where the demand for such care exceeds the current capacity of The Grove. Additionally, contrary to popular belief, new medical equipment and other capital expenditures are NOT covered by provincial funding. Hospitals are 100 per cent responsible for the purchase of equipment.
Having served as Director of Recreation for The Town of Arnprior for 35 years, Glenn Arthur understands the needs of our community, and the importance of this campaign to Arnprior and its surrounding area. Adding to his years of experience as an outstanding community leader, Glenn will serve as Campaign Co-Chair of the Come Home to Great Care campaign.
Joining Glenn as Campaign Co-Chair is long-time Arnprior resident, Ed Reid, who has successfully championed healthcare causes in the Arnprior area, including The University of Ottawa Heart Institute’s The Valley Has Heart charity golf fundraiser. A passionate and driven community member, Ed is dedicated to ensuring the success of the campaign.
