4 pork chops, browned on both sides
1 ½ C applesauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. ketchup
¼ tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1 ½ tbsp. cornstarch
Combine ingredients and boil until thick.
Place the pork chops in a baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
