APPLE & PEANUT BUTTER CRISP

6 C sliced apples

1 tsp. cinnamon

¾ C brown sugar

2/3 C flour

¼ C butter

¼ C peanut butter

Place the apples in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the cinnamon.  Combine the sugar & flour and cut in the butter and peanut butter until the mixture is coarse crumbs.  Sprinkle the crumbs over the apples.  Bake, uncovered, at 375°F for about 40 minutes.
