
6 C sliced apples
½ C flour
½ C rolled oats
¾ C brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ C butter
Place the apples in an 8ʺ baking dish. Combine the flour, oats, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
