
2 cups sliced, peeled apples
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Directions:
Combine apples, cranberries and sugar. Spread in buttered 8 inch square pan. Combine dry ingredients and blend in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake in 350F (180C) oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with cream or ice cream. Serves 6.
