3 egg yolks

¾ C cold water

1 ¼ C white sugar

1 ½ C flour

1 tsp. baking powder

3 egg whites, beaten stiffly

Beat the egg yolks and cold water together until the mixture is light and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add the sugar and beat for a minute.  Combine the flour and baking powder and fold into the egg mixture.  Add the beaten egg whites.  Pour the batter into an ungreased bundt pan and bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
