
3 egg yolks
¾ C cold water
1 ¼ C white sugar
1 ½ C flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 egg whites, beaten stiffly
Beat the egg yolks and cold water together for approximately 5 minutes or until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add sugar and beat for 1 minute. Combine the flour and baking powder and gently fold into the egg mixture. Fold in the egg whites. Spread the batter in an ungreased bundt pan. Bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour.
