The Canadian Junior Hockey League has announced the 2014-15 CJHL Eastern All-Star Team, and two members of the Carleton Place Canadians made the grade.

Captain Stephen Baylis, the CCHL MVP, and goaltender Guillaume Therrien, who was the CCHL Goaltender of the Year, were among the best players from the three Eastern Jr A regions, which include the CCHL, the Quebec Junior League, and the Maritime Jr A Hockey League.

Baylis and Therrien led the Canadians to the finals of the RBC Cup in Manitoba, the second year in a row the Carleton Place squad was a win away from a national championship.

This is the first year for the CJHL all-star awards.

The only other CCHL player chosen was defenseman Robert Michel of the Ottawa Jr Senators.
